Auction maximum bid
- ⚠ A guide price is not a valuation. At a traditional auction the fall of the hammer is exchange of contracts: read the legal pack (special conditions can add costs) before bidding.
Every figure above comes from the assumptions you entered. This is not a valuation, mortgage offer or financial advice.

Where repossessed and seized homes are sold
There's no public list of homes seized by the police or confiscated under the Proceeds of Crime Act. Courts appoint receivers who sell them through ordinary auction houses, usually marked "by order of the receivers", "LPA receivers" or "mortgagees in possession" (repossessions). These auctioneers regularly sell them:
- Wilsons Auctions: government and law-enforcement auctions, including Proceeds of Crime property
- Landwood Property Auctions: receivership and Proceeds of Crime sales
- Pugh Auctions: many lender and receiver instructions
- Allsop: large national residential auctions
- Auction House UK: regional auctions across the UK
- SDL Property Auctions: national auctions
